However, the overall cleanliness was lacking. The kitchen area needed better maintenance. the microwave wasn't cleaned properly. I also found stains on the rug and dusty lampshades. The biggest issue was the noise from the room above me. Kids running back and forth made it hard to relax. I tried to ask for a room change, but there were no options available. The towels provided were insufficient, and I had to call the front desk for more, only to be told they weren’t ready yet. Security felt off as I noticed the backdoor was propped open on multiple occasions. Despite the positives, the cleanliness and noise issues would prevent me from returning.
